There are two primary ways to obtain a User ID and Password.

1. As a customer, you can send an email to sales@actsoft.com requesting service. Actsoft will manually establish your customer account and create your unique User ID and Password. Actsoft will send you a response email that provides your account information, including your User ID and Password. In addition, Actsoft will send you the appropriate JAR and JAD files.

2. As a customer, you can access the Comet Tracker Web website at www.comettrackerweb.com. Access the "No Account? Create one here!" link off the user login screen and follow the instructions to establish your User ID and Password.
