You must make certain that the handsets are active on the same MAM account number. Each one of these handsets must also have the appropriate Sprint Total Connect Data Plan and have been registered with Actsoft.
Go to www.nextel.com/services/javaapps/mobile_app_manager.shtml and click on the Log In link. Enter the User Name and Password that you established when logging on to the MAM for the first time.
Select Application Library and then select Upload Application. Then follow the steps below to complete the process:
- Upload Application -Step 1: Browse to the locations of the .jad and .jar files, which you should have previously downloaded to your desktop. Then click Next.
- Upload Application-Step 2: Select only the first 4 boxes for Compatible With. Fill in 128 for Required Program Space. Fill in 22 for Required Data Space. Click Next.
- Select Handset administration, and click on the name of the handset(s).
- Select Edit Handset Properties.
- Fill in IMEI, Phone Model and Phone Software. (See Handset User's guide on how to obtain handset information if you do not already have it). Select Save.
- Select the Application Library from the menu.
- Check the box indicating you are assigning an Actsoft application, and then select the Assign To Phone link.
- Check the box to assign the Actsoft application to the specific phones based on their phone numbers, and then select Continue.
- Select Save. The Actsoft application can now be downloaded to the phone Over The Air (OTA).
