PRODUCT INFORMATION
Actsoft has developed several software applications that leverage the Sprint iDEN wireless network and GPS technology. The wireless data and Internet solutions are developed using JAVA and J2ME operating systems. The array of products and services are designed to deliver business solutions for Enterprise accounts. These products and services allow customers to identify and track the locations of employee resources and physical assets. In addition, some applications provide automated processing of payroll, offer turn-by-turn directions, scanning of inventory and assets and the tools necessary to enhance customer satisfaction, safety and security.
Actsoft has worked diligently to deliver a user-friendly customer provisioning process. The company's goal is to keep it simple for the Enterprise client. The following is required to become an Actsoft customer:
- Have or purchase a GPS enabled handset that is compatible with the Sprint iDEN wireless network
- Purchase an appropriate Sprint Voice Plan
- Purchase a Sprint Online Services Total Connect Plan based on projected usage
- Sign Actsoft's End User Agreement and the associated Terms and Conditions document
- Download some initial software off the Actsoft website via the Sprint Download process
- The customer account is established and the software application is activated
